Astrophotography

Vladimir Korovyakovsky

Astrophotography is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating and interesting genres of photography, but at the same time, it is quite complex and resource-intensive. Despite the rapid technological progress that has significantly expanded the possibilities of amateurs, obtaining high—quality images of deep space objects — from the Moon and planets to nebulae and galaxies — still requires some knowledge in the field of astronomy, specialized equipment and considerable patience.

I became interested in shooting stars at the very beginning of my career. As a city dweller, I had never seen the Milky Way in person, and nighttime photos on the Internet simply excited the imagination. With each new material studied on this topic, it became more and more interesting.

But when it came to practice, everything turned out to be not so simple, the first more or less successful photos turned out after only a year of attempts and experiments.

This album contains the best photographs of objects in the Solar System and deep space over two years of filming.
